Personal information
Our add-on works for Google products only, because of this they require a Google account for authentication and login. Our add-on collect your e-mail address for the first authentication to the app. The authentication is done by Google itself by using the default authentication method. Without this authentication our add-on will not function as required. Authentication can be withdrawn by the user at any moment. Your e-mail address may be used to send you communications such as customer service updates that are considered necessary to provide the service to you.

Our add-on use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Google authentication scopes
Our add-on will use the following scopes:

This scope will be used to compose and send email with user gmail account.
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/userinfo.email
This scope is used to get the user email info. So we can use the user e-mail to send e-mails to the forms respondent’s
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/userinfo.profile
This scope is used to get the user profile info.
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/script.send_mail
This scope is used to send emails with his own gmail account.
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/script.container.ui
This scope is used to display the add-on sidebar within Google Forms.
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/script.external_request
This scope is used to send e-mails in case the users reaches the gmail e-mail sent limit and to retrieve content from our own api.

This scope is used to edit the corresponding Google Spreadsheet or if there is none to create a new Google Spreadsheet, the Spreadsheet will be used to save forms responses and other type of data that we retrieve from our api’s.
ifthenpay for Google Forms TM use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
