It works in a simple way: just set up the billing and SmartBilling takes care of the rest.

The platform allows you to create recurring subscriptions or import batches of one-off bills, associating the respective customers and defining the payment conditions. After this initial setup, the process runs automatically.

On the scheduled date, SmartBilling sends each customer their bill with a payment link, eliminating the need to prepare and send requests individually. As soon as payment is made, confirmation is automatically recorded, making it possible to track the status of each transaction without the need for manual reconciliation.

The solution also includes free invoicing, allowing you to manage the issuing of invoicing documents and billing through the same platform, at no cost of use.

To facilitate activity monitoring, we provide a management dashboard with financial indicators, billing evolution charts, and information about customers and subscriptions. This centralized view allows you to check the main business data and quickly identify completed or pending payments.
