This Privacy Policy describes how ifthenpay for Google Forms™ collects, uses, stores and protects personal data, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 27 April 2016 (“GDPR”).

1. Data Privacy

We do not share, sell, exchange or rent to third parties any personal data or business information of users.

2. Personal Data Collected

The add-on works exclusively with Google products, requiring a Google account for authentication and login purposes.

At the time of the first authentication, the user's email address is collected through the authentication mechanisms provided by Google itself.

Without this authentication, the add-on will not function properly. The user may, at any time, revoke the granted permissions.

The email address may also be used to send communications strictly necessary for the provision of the service, namely support messages, technical notifications and operational updates.

3. Purpose and Lawfulness of Processing

Personal data is processed exclusively for the operation of the add-on, user authentication, provision of the contracted service and sending communications essential for the execution of the service.

The processing is carried out on the basis of the execution of the service requested by the user and, where applicable, compliance with legal obligations and the legitimate interest of ensuring the security, maintenance and support of the solution.

4. Google API Services User Data Policy

The use, by ifthenpay for Google Forms™, of information received from Google APIs is in compliance with the Google API Services User Data Policy , including the Limited Use requirements.

For the proper functioning of the add-on, the following authorization scopes may be requested:
